Computer Labs

In the age of IT, computers have become a necessity. To cater this need, the school has fully air-conditioned and user friendly computer labs. The lab is well equipped with latest technology PCs and a network binding them together. Internet facility with broadband connection paves the way for the students to become highly skilled resource persons and technocrats in the near future.

The Computer Science lab has been designed to allow children individual access to independent terminals in a professional round-table manner – more than 40 children can access the computer lab at any given point in time. Scratch programming, a brain-child of MIT, USA, is the all-time favourite of the children here, right from Std III, and the children astound even seasoned programming professionals by developing complex games using Scratch.

Science Labs

Learning Science is fun and experimental in A.C. Globals School, Zirakpur. Science is taught as a hands-on activity-based life skill. Students spend their time in the labs actively experiencing science, rather than passively having it demonstrated to them by the teachers. In the labs, all students learn how to design and execute their own experiments, record their findings and draw up scientific reports. The labs are equipped with the latest technological devices in order to support cutting-edge experimentation. A strong emphasis on scientific method is inculcated in students from the very beginning, and the three sciences are taught separately from Grade 6 onwards. There is also an excellent Primary Science Program in the Primary School, which gives a hands-on experience to the students to experiment and explore Science concepts with well designed kits for their levels.
